OUR PROCESS

TSi implements an in-depth, multi-step recruitment process that helps ensure the proper qualifications and commitment
for our clients. Our evaluation process is a must for every candidate before we will represent them to our clients. We take
pride in ensuring our candidates have the right attitude, skills and experience to add value to the client’s organization. TSi
will not compromise the quality of talent we provide for a quick fill. We follow our process and routinely meet with all of our
candidates prior to their interviewing with the client. Our experts have successfully staffed hundreds of permanent and
project positions with a better than a 90% success rate.

 
   

Business needs analysis – We start off with an evaluation
of the organization to ensure we fully understand the company
and the type of people they want to attract. This includes an
understanding of the client’s products and services, the
business direction and the company culture. With this
understanding we will save you time on the backend by
finding the right people on the front end.


Requirements Gathering – TSi will complete a
consultation with the hiring authority to ensure we
understand the required skills and attitudes of the
person needed. This prevents us from wasting
additional time with unqualified or under-qualified
candidates.

     
Identification of sources – TSi will seek both
active and passive candidates through a variety of
methods including networking, referrals, social
organizations and internet searching. We will
build a target list to work from and go after the
very best talent on the market.


Screening - TSi will process an average of 100-200
candidates in order to screen out unqualified applicants.
We then go through a selection process to screen in the
top candidates for an interview with us. In addition to
looking for the technical skills, we screen for attitude,
responsiveness, communication and other soft skills.


Client Presentation / In Person Interview
- TSi will present the
client with the candidate and thoroughly brief them as to why
they are a good fit for the position. TSi will also meet
with the candidate face to face at this point prior to any client
interview.


Client Interview - A TSi representative will accompany the
the candidate to the interview as often as possible. We
believe in face to face contact with our clients and candidates
is the best way to ensure a successfull search.


Closing the Deal - TSi will negotiate the offer and make all
arrangements to ensure starting the new hire is simple and
smooth.

Performance Monitoring - Our job is not done at the placement.
At TSi we believe in making sure that our work is incomparable.
